Insufficient duct work (lack of air flow) is the #1 reason for furnace replacement in the Thorp area. An ordinary home of 1,000 square feet should have at least 8 heat runs and 4 returns with a 50,000 BTU furnace. And with a larger furnace, you need to move even more air!
